Returns & Refund Policy

Sale of goods from The Profile Shop that have been opened, used, or stored inapproprately (criteria as written on goods) will not be accepted for return, unless the product is queried faulty/damaged and a return or refund is warranted.

Due to handling safety, hygiene and health concerns no physical returns of any goods that are contaminated will not be accepted. 

Any returned good must be from the consent of The Profile Shop on issue of a returned consignment number and instruction on the appropriate packaging. Please do not return goods without prior consultation with The Profile Shop.

Please note that all returned items are returned at the buyer expense unless they are defective goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
